Rawalpindi: The officials of New Metro City Gujar Khan released the launching date of the housing society.

According to this, the society will be launched worldwide on 23 July,2022. However, the management has already released the pre-launch payment plan for the investors. The payment plan is for the housing society’s 5, 7, 10, and 11 Marla residential plots. Whereas to this date, the officials have not released the payment plan for commercial plots. 

New Metro City Gujar Khan is located adjacent to Grand Trunk road in Gujar Khan and is getting a lot of attention due to its prime location and affordable rates. This housing society is developed by BSM developers who have already established their name in the real estate market by constructing Gwader Golf City and New Metro City Gujar Khan.
