Rawalpindi: Last week, Bilal Steel Mills (BSM ) developers released the payment plan for their new housing project New Metro City Gujar Khan. The two-year installment payment plan is offered to those who would like to purchase land in their new housing project.

The payment plan released by the developers of New Metro City was for residential plots whereas the payment plan for commercial plots will be released soon by the developers.

In this payment plan, a 5 Marla plot can be acquired for 19,9000 with a down payment of 45000, and purchasers have to pay 23,750 rupees each month as a monthly installment for two years.

Furthermore, 7 Marla, 10 Marla, and 11 Marla residential plots payment plans were also released for investors.
Compared to the society’s facilities and location, the payment plan is significantly more affordable, say real estate experts. There is a chance that the prices will go up in the upcoming months.
